We are pleased to announce the appointment of ADCO Constructions as the main contractor for the Clubs Phase 1 Club expansion project under an Early Contractor Involvement Agreement (ECI).
The appointment follows an extensive tender process in collaboration with WT Partnership and CPM Consulting. A selection of builders with the relevant experience, capabilities and reputation were shortlisted to provide delivery proposals for our exciting expansion plans, with ADCO ultimately being chosen as the preferred party.
With nearly 50 years’ experience, ADCO Constructions is one of the oldest and most established construction companies in Australia. Since their beginnings in 1972, ADCO have built over 3,500 projects valued in excess of $14 billion.
