Our masterplan will be broken down into numerous stages to allow delivery of the long-term vision in a responsible and manageable way.

Stage One puts our members first and will deliver:

Club Expansion

The first part of Stage One will be a two level expansion of the existing Club building on the corner of Board and John Street with a new three level administration building above. It will bring exciting new food and beverage services including new restaurants, a premium bar and a bigger and better café.

Member lounges and entertainment spaces will be increased, paving the way for new member activities and entertainment.

A new and improved Kids Club area will cater to our families and provide juniors with a separate healthy and fun environment.

The existing John Street entrance will be re-configured to allow a seamless transition from the ground floor to new and reinvigorated first floor member spaces.

In addition, the extension of the existing basement car park will provide a further 40-50 member parking spaces with direct access to the John Street entrance.

Health & Fitness Expansion

The completion of the new administration building in the early part of Stage One will enable the extension of DOOLEYS Health & Fitness into the ground floor of the existing building, providing much needed space and allowing the creation of a dedicated health & lifestyle precinct. This will include improved gym facilities and new retail opportunities.

Member Parking

In addition to the 40-50 spaces created at the outset of Stage One, a further 500 parking spaces will be delivered as part of a new three level basement car park dedicated to members and staff. These spaces will allow us to expand our member activities and entertainment and create a diverse and fulfilling programme of events.

Seniors Living Community

Stage One will provide our members and the wider community with an opportunity to reside within purpose built luxury independent living apartments nestled at the heart of the DOOLEYS precinct. Providing safety and security and the exceptional customer service on which we at DOOLEYS pride ourselves, we aim to create a truly unique atmosphere for residents to experience the full benefits of the DOOLEYS community.
